Gordon Food Service travels all over the U.S. and Canada throughtout the year for their food shows, showcasing new and upcoming products from their owned brands. At the center of it all, GFS chefs serve up their takes on trends and innovations. But their presentation booth was fading into the background instead of owning the spotlight. We gave it a full-scale brand launch, starting with the name—Table Talk—and built an identity that demanded attention. Grainy gradients set the tone, while a flexible image and type system gave the brand the versatility to host every owned brand and sponsor. With a trade show booth made entirely of digital panels, we leaned heavily into a motion graphic language that felt dynamic and enthusiastic—designed to capture attention and draw audiences in.
